Reviews and Ratings
The room wasn't really suitable for a family due to the glass wall from the bathroom into the bedroom and the large bath at the end of the bed. Despite these quirks, my stay on the 3rd floor at the rear of the hotel was pleasant overall.
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's cozy and well-equipped rooms, although they could use a little freshening up. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and cater to our needs. The location is unbeatable, putting us within walking distance of all the key sights. The dining options were tasty but could be improved. Overall, a good value for money stay.
The hotel offers a great stay with top-notch WiFi, ample plug sockets, and a wonderful coffee machine in the rooms. The view facing the town is relaxing, but the lack of tea/coffee facilities and the awkward shower screen setup can be drawbacks.
The hotel was great for chilling in the room but lacked privacy due to the screen in the shower. The cleanliness improved after an initial oversight.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were small and faced a noisy street, making it hard to sleep well. On the bright side, the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient but there were some drawbacks like the lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room.
The hotel had some positives like friendly and helpful staff, but there were issues with room conditions and noise disturbances at night. The location was convenient for exploring the city, but the dining options could be improved.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were stunning with contemporary furnishings, but unfortunately, they were noisy at night due to a bar along the street and in the morning due to a delivery. The location was excellent, with easy access to the center of Granada, but it was a bit small and occupied by pigeons. The service was a mix of helpful and unfriendly encounters. The dining experience was a hit or miss, with some delicious options but others not value for money.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with a friendly and helpful staff. However, the price might be on the higher end for the amenities provided. The location is convenient for exploring the city but comes with an extra cost for parking. The dining experience is a mix of limited options and excellent quality, with occasional crowded breakfast times. Overall, a comfortable stay but with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location is excellent, right on the Main Street/Gran Via, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The rooms, albeit slightly along the side street off Gran Via, under the swimming pool, were clean, nice, and felt more like a senior suite with a very competitive price. The service was top-notch, with the staff being extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Unfortunately, the dining experience was cut short due to unforeseen circumstances but gives me a reason to return in the future.
The hotel had excellent rooms that were very comfortable and of a good size, but noise leakage caused some distress at night. The service was top-notch with lovely, hospitable, and helpful staff. The location was fantastic, centrally located within walking distance of main sightseeing areas. The dining experience, however, was mixed, with some issues noted. The hotel offers nice facilities for a pleasant stay.
My stay at the hotel was a wonderful experience overall. The quirky and unusual room on the 3rd floor facing the main street added to the charm, despite being noisy due to the location on a main road. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to assist and even securing last-minute tickets for the sold-out Alhambra. The location was excellent for accessing major sites, although parking came at an extra cost. The dining options were tasty, especially the variety of fresh fruits, but could benefit from more local dishes.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was comfortable, but the smell of cigarette smoke was noticeable in my tiny room facing the lively tapas bar on the first floor. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to help, even assisting us with booking tours and recommending restaurants. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to key tourist spots, although the coffee set-up bottlenecked the area. The dining experience fell short with a tired and limited selection, but the hotel's facilities, including a well-equipped junior suite with an outdoor jacuzzi, were impressive.
