My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location is excellent, right on the Main Street/Gran Via, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The rooms, albeit slightly along the side street off Gran Via, under the swimming pool, were clean, nice, and felt more like a senior suite with a very competitive price. The service was top-notch, with the staff being extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Unfortunately, the dining experience was cut short due to unforeseen circumstances but gives me a reason to return in the future.
